Project Profile

This location in Amarillo, TX was the first Border States project that CIB worked on. The project consisted of a 24,000 SF warehouse and a 7,200 SF office space.

Three years later, the team at CIB was tasked to develop an additional 3,300 SF office and training space for Border States and we happily took on the job!
